In 2020, MANNA acquired this 60,000 SF industrial building vacant from a heavy industrial manufacturer with the intent to redevelop for multi-tenant industrial users expanding out of The Machine Shop. Before closing on the asset MANNA secured a local furniture retailer for the entire building. MANNA will hold this asset until the lease is up and then convert the building into a multi-tenant industrial project that compliments The Machine Shop | South.
