14,000 SF Office Multi-Tenant Development
In 2013, MANNA purchased this property for conversion to a multi-tenant office building. Previously owned by the Bricklayers Union as offices and a training facility, it needed a complete renovation to reposition the project for multiple leasable units. This included developing the neighboring site to accommodate 36-car parking. MANNA secured SINAI Medical for half the building and leased the other half to Carole Robertson Family Services and The City of Chicago.
