In 2016, MANNA purchased this vacant, dilapidated building in an all-cash closing. The building was in poor condition, but in the “path of progress” with the office market expanding westward. After 12-months of architectural planning and design iterations, MANNA was approached by the neighbor who needed additional parking to support their growth. MANNA agreed to sell achieving a significant cash on cash return.
