32,000 SF Industrial to Retail Development
In early 2018, MANNA purchased this 32,000 SF building in the “path of progress” in the Avondale neighborhood. The building was leased to Progressive Bronze at the time of purchase. The intent was to hold the property with the lease in place, while the area continued to appreciate with new development pressing in. MANNA was approached by a retail developer and closed on the sale of the property 12 months later.
