MANNA purchased this 8,400 SF building on 30,000 SF of land in December of 2020 as a service showroom building with exposure to 175,000 cars per day on the CA-78. After purchasing the property vacant, MANNA secured a national education company on a net lease. The tenant will utilize the building as a storage warehouse and training facility, whilst benefiting from the signage visibility on the expressway. This acquisition represents a long-term hold in a high-barrier to entry infill location.
